International Animated Film Festival Animator in Poznan is one of the most important Polish animation festivals. We are very happy that the seventh festival edition brought us an award for Sonámbulo – its third mention in the past month!

According to the jury, Sonámbulo transforms dark mind of García Lorca into a vivid colorful dance. Fantastic music that caries half of the film’s atmosphere is made by Nikola Gruev aka Kottarashky.

Animator Festival has a short and feature animated film competition, and the main festival award is the Golden Pegasus. This year’s main competition program also featured the film Conversation by Ana Horvat (production Luma film, distribution Bonobostudio). For the entire list of Animator awards see link.
