Milanka Fabjančič is an academic painter, graduating from the Department for Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Ljubljana. She works in the fields of illustration, design and animation. Her professional debut, a short animated film Liliana (2019) was awarded and screened at film festivals around the world. Milanka is a lead animator for the French series Pastish (2022) and has illustrated numerous recognized and awarded Slovenian books. She teaches Storyboard at the Academy of Fine Arts Nova Gorica and at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Ljubljana.
