The Gulf Film Festival is an annual non-profit cultural event that aims to celebrate the Gulf cinema, which includes six Arab states of the Persian Gulf: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Gulf Film Festival also has the international short film competition where our film Father was screened and awarded a Special Mention!
The Festival, which took place in Dubai from April 11-17, sets pretty high industry standards. We know a very professional team of projectionists that screens international and national short and feature films every year at GFF.
Knowing all that – we are very happy that Father won a Special Mention in Dubai!
