Third edition of Golden Kuker Festival brought a very strong competition of international animation films of all formats and lengths (both long and short), and a very strong jury with Phil Mulloy, Simeon Sokerov and Juan Pablo Zaramella (his film Luminaris was screened at 2012 Animafest). That is why we are extra proud that Father won a festival Grand Prix! Special Mention for example went to the beautiful About Killing the Pig by Italian director Simone Massi.

Father was made by 5 authors from Bulgaria, Croatia and Germany: Ivan Bogdanov, Moritz Mayerhofer, Veljko Popović, Asparuh Petrov, Dmitry Yagodin and Rositsa Raleva. Film is a co-production of Compote Collective, Bonobostudio and Eyecatch Productions.
