Father – Best in Krakow
Father is the winner of Etiuda & Anima International Film Festival in Krakow.
Grand Prix of the 20th edition of Etiuda & Anima went to Father, Bulgarian, Croatian and German co-production directed by six artists and animators.
It is the 25th award for Father, a documentary animation film about father-child relationship. The international jury in Krakow explained their decision: ... the stories are intertwined so that the whole film is greater than the sum of its parts. These children – and we – are all in the same boat.
The chairman of the jury was Dennis Tupicoff, famous animator who will serve in Animateka’s jury in Ljubljana next week – together with a Bonobostudio director Vanja Andrijević.
