This week, Ljubljana features one of the highlights of our festival season. It is such a pleasure to visit Animateka and screen films in fantastic atmosphere, and we are also very happy to present a film still in the making at Animateka’s Open Platform event.

Thursday, December 10th at 4 PM in Kinodvor Bonobostudio will present Hedgehog’s Home, a film that was announced recently on our website. It is a puppet animation adapted from the story by Branko Ćopić, a very famous children’s writer in ex-Yugoslavia, and we are making it in co-production with NFB. The film will be presented at Animateka by the director Eva Cvijanović, producer Vanja Andrijević and animators Ivana Bošnjak and Thomas Johnson.

In the Competition Program we’ll screen Alexander Stewart’s Here There (Program 4), in the Elephant Competition (Program 4) Sonámbulo by Theodore Ushev, and in Panorama (Program 2) Ana Horvat’s Conversation.

It will be one great week – as always!
