A film by Davor Sanvincenti is screening in the experimental competition program at Curtas Vila do Conde in Portugal.

Curtas Vila do Conde (July 14 – 22) is one of the most interesting film festivals in Portugal dedicated to short film of all types and genres. We know it to have a very fine experimental film competition program, and Davor Sanvincenti will soon have the pleasure to find out in person. His film Almost Nothing: So Continues the Night screens in Vila do Conde this week!

26th festival edition features another curious experimental film program and Almost Nothing: So Continues the Night shares a “slot” with Jodie Mack, Morgan Fisher and a new film by Takashi Makino/Manuel Knapp.

After three awards – at 25 FPS, Croatian Film Days and Tabor Film Festival – and screenings at Rotterdam, Ann Arbor and Videoex, we are expecting good news from Portugal or at least a lot of fun for the filmmaker.
